Believe!

The above pictures were taken this last weekend. I haven't posted my crafting pictures in quite awhile as I've been preparing program covers and tags for a retreat I attended this last weekend. Brilliant Blue, Brushed Silver and Vellum Card stock were used along with the tag punch, white craft ink embossed with white embossing powder and the Baroque Motifs Stamp Set!

Turned out Gorgeous! What do you think?!

Emily's Birthday Card

My growing up girl, Emily, turned 11 on Sunday. I just love having things on hand to make that special card for my special girl. While the kids were watching Magic School Bus one more before beginning our school day, I quickly ran downstairs and put together this card for her. What do you think? All products Stampin Up!

I'm in the process of putting card packages together to see at various open houses I'll be attending this Spring. I plan to have some card packs up here soon for you to view.

I {heart} hearts

Isn't this card a whimsical bomb?! I just love the way it turned out. My upline sent out the February Card Challenge using this layout. After an afternoon of crafting and designing this card sprung forth.

I used the new Clear Mount Stamp Set I {Heart} Hearts, Love Speciality Designer Paper, and corderoy buttons and brads from the Occasions Mini with real red cardstock, pretty in pink and chocolate chip inks.

All products Stamping Up! Let me know what you think. I just love it!!

New Cards

I know I haven't posted cards in a long while. I'm trying to figure out what I want my crafting blog and family blog to look like. IN the meantime, while I'm pondering, here are some gorgeous cards that were made last week. Enjoy!

Faux Marble Technique

Sunday afternoon as I was recovering from the Holidays I received a phone call from my favorite stampin' friend, Karen. Ofcourse I had to jump into the car and grab some stamping goodies no matter how tired I was to enjoy a late afternoon stamping session. When the husbands and children are content, you just jump at the chance. I had such fun creating this card. It's created on glossy paper using craft ink in silver as well as ink refills for tempting turquoise and taken with teal. I would love to hear your comments on this card. I simply used black to embellish the turquoise and a simple flower stamp in black for definition as well. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did making it!

Love you much

While I wait for a new batch of pictures to arrive from snapfish to scrap, I thought it would be a good time to try my hand at a few Valentine Cards. I designed this card this afternoon using Creamy Caramel and Ruby Red Card stock as well as some Patterned Paper in Ruby Red. My new scalloped circle punch came in handy for the hugs and kisses addition. It's a great start to Valentine Design I believe! Love it!
